  • Tenants have all the rights and obligations as owners and they are considered RESIDENTS living on the Maplewood Condominium property. As such, tenants are subject to all by-laws and policies at all times, and without exception.
  • All tenants’ GUESTS (family, friend, visitor, hired representative, contracting professional, realtor, etc.,) coming within the boundaries of the Maplewood Condominium Association property are subject to its by-laws and policies at all times, and without exception.
  • Tenants are responsible for communicating condominium by-laws and policies to their guests (family, friend, visitor, hired representative, contracting professional, realtor, etc.,).
  • A lack of knowledge of the regulatory material will not reduce or eliminate rights and obligations.
  • The contents of this section have been purposefully streamlined and organized specifically for tenants.
  • Specific questions and concerns about condominium-related issues should be directed to your landlord.

BOTTOM LINE MUST HAVE

Prior to being permitted onto the property of Maplewood Condominium Association, a tenant must have:

> Written Lease Agreement

> Tenant Information Form

> Renter’s Insurance with the appropriate levels of liability coverage. A tenant is not permitted to move into a unit without furnishing proof of insurance. A tenant must renew this insurance for the duration of the lease agreement and furnish proof thereof.

NEW TENANT RECORD

The information collected through the Tenant Information Form is recorded for the purposes of administration and internal communication. Owners are responsible for updating tenant information to the Association at each new lease term. No personal information is published or shared with external agencies. Personal information is automatically deleted once a tenant has ended their lease contract.
